Medical Technology Consulting, LLC 1993 to Present
Larry Sieb provides services in marketing and system engineering to manufacturers for medical imaging and informatics product development. These services range over the full product development cycle from identifying and quantifying new market opportunities to interpreting clinical feedback on prototype installations. He concentrates upon technical marketing, concept development, and product definition.

In addition to development activities, Larry works with clients to define and streamline the development process -- from strategic planning through implementation. Larry also works with hospitals to identify opportunities for technology and to resolve technology related issues.

Camtronics Medical 1991 to 1993
As the business unit manager for cardiology archive products, Larry established this unit as the third business group in this company. These activities covered both marketing and engineering and included development of the business plan, product design, staffing the development group, and a successful prototype demonstration.
GE Medical Systems 1977 to 1991
In addition to product development experience, GE provided valuable opportunities in planning and process development. This work involved creation of stategic, business, and development plans as part of a multi-disciplinary team with representatives from across the business. As GE expanded, the organization and planning processes evolved into a global process with representatives from the European and Asian organizations.
Martin Marietta Aerospace 1969 to 1977
At Martin Marietta, Larry expanded his systems engineering skills in generating product development proposals and prototype systems for fixed wind and helicopter fire control systems. This was a new technology for Martin at the time and was run in a fast-paced, "skunk works" environment.
